The girls shared some great play time on the field today during their soccer games. I got a little snap-happy with the camera, so the slide shows are a bit long. I'll trim them down in two weeks, after parents have a chance to check out the photos, request any full-resolution (more printer friendly) copies via e-mail, or forward the links to grandmas and grandpas, aunts, uncles and friends. :)
There are some pretty nifty series. In the Antelopes game, two of the girls forgot all about the "no hands" rule. I like the shot of them holding each others' arms behind each others backs. Sometimes, it's just tough not to use your hands. In the older girls' game, watch for the charge toward the goal by the Mirage player (dark green and yellow), apparently bumped out then pushed down by the player on the opposing team. This. Is. Soccer.
Antelopes kicked off the day with an 8 a.m. (YAWN!) start time:
Mirage followed with a sensible 9 a.m. start time. Sure glad we got early games, though. It was heating up QUICK!
